ABOUT ME
Hey, my name is Dave Stoneman, and I know exactly what you’re going through. Over the years, in search of reaching my dream physique, I went through countless gym sessions, endless hours of cardio and every fad diet that was out there on the market. My mission was unsuccessful, I had all the fundamentals wrongly aligned. After years of trial and error, I doubled down on following and learning from the people who did what I wanted to do, hired a coach and started digging deep into the science. That’s where the magic happened, my body transformed faster than ever before and I was finally getting the results I wanted. I’m here to help you evade all the mistakes I made and put you right on the highway to where you want to be. No pre made cookie cutter bullsh*t programs in my coaching, everything will be tailored to your specific goals, training level, training ability, schedule availability and preferences. Training is very individual & that’s why your program should be individualised as well.
You will have personal access to me, I will be working around the clock to provide all my clients with everything they need & personally answer any questions or issues that might pop up along our journey together. We share this journey to aesthetics together, together we shall prosper.
